Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Review all proofs and order details before approval
- Ensure uploaded files are print-ready unless design assistance is requested
- Obtain proper rights or permissions for submitted content, trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials
Aubrey Ship N Print is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

Printing & Design Orders
Proof Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs before approving production. Once approval is provided, Aubrey Ship N Print is not liable for:
- Typographical errors
- Design placement issues
- Color variations within industry tolerances
- Customer-submitted content errors
Color Disclaimer
Printed colors may vary slightly from digital proofs or screens due to monitor settings, paper type, and printing processes.

Shipping Services
When shipping through carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically purchased as guaranteed services
- Aubrey Ship N Print is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather disruptions, or customs delays
- Insurance claims are subject to carrier policies and approvals
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are accurate.

Mailbox Services
Mailbox rentals are subject to USPS regulations and applicable identification requirements.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of mailbox services.

Payments
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel orders
- Require deposits for large or custom orders
Returned checks may incur additional fees.

Cancellations
Orders already in production may not be canceled.
Custom orders, printed materials, and personalized products may be subject to partial or full production charges if canceled after work has begun.
